As most have, I started to play the single player again, after some time, to check out the new Extended Cut DLC. I decided that I wanted to change my squad bonus power, (I had quite a few unlocked) yet when I went to the Med Bay, there were none available.
Has anyone else had this happen?
Is there something I'm missing?
Is there any way around this?
