So I was all prepared to pick destroy, feeling somewhat enlightened by my conversation with the catalyst but still determined to end the reapers once and for all when for old times sake I decided to shoot the Catalyst (because we all did it at least once in the old version of the endings).  So to my surprise/horror I had just royally pissed him off and he yelled out at me in the creepy reaper voice of his and killed everyone.
Honestly I thought it was kind of hilarious, but I was definitely frustrated that it killed my forward momentum and I now had to rewatch the whole Illusive Man/Catalyst dialogue.
Did anyone else accidentally trigger the reject ending and what was your reaction if so?
