OK, I apparently bought the EC, and on the Downloadable content section, it says "You Own This". However, back on the Info page on the Origin Home, it does not appear in Add-Ons and Bonuses. When I played ME3 from Cronos Station, nothing was different. Suggestions on how to solve this? And please make sure the answers are simple. Me no too good with computers.

The extended cut content does not start until you reach the portal to the citadel. I thought my DLC was glitched until I noticed the new cutscenes after running to the portal.

Does it start downloading then because I can't find wat to download itand I started from my origins account. Its a free download but where is it optainable?

I know. I went through the entire ending with no EC content. When I was installing I got the error message, but it finished downloading and installing (seemingly) fine.

I can't even get it to download. In origin, I click shop for add ons, see extended cut, click get it now and nothing happens. It sits there with a swirly going round and round. This is not a great start. Is there anywhere else I can download it, coz origin is gay.
**EDIT** After the 10 millionth click it's finally asked me to accept purchase, started downloading etc....
