Well sometimes when i switch to him he says my love, your wish is my command and that  yeeesss comment just as if he is in love when you play as a female character. 
Also, there was a random conversation between him and Morigan (after I kissed her in front of others), pretty much with Morrigan accusing him of being jealous of her and that he should tell his fellow gray warden that he is hurt. Alistair stutters says "Um...I don't ... um... know what you are talking about." Obvious homoerotic joke
