As the title says, I haven't been e-mailed the Wardens Keep, Stone Prisoner, and Blood Dragon Armor add-on codes, even though I pre-ordered the DDE(Digital Deluxe Edition). Funny part is I got the pre-order items, which are the Memory Band and Band of Fire. I am also missing the 3 in-game exclusive items, Borgen's Helm, Grimoire of the Frozen Wastes, and Final Reason.

If anyone knows what the problem maybe, please let me know. I'd appreciate the help.
