Oh I cried like a baby when Shepard's name was put on the memorial wall. The rest of the epilogue sequence had me weepy too but in a good way and that baby krogan OMG!

The good-bye before the beam rendered me a little misty-eyed. I bawled at the memorial scene; my Shepard lived, but that intensely pained expression on Liara's face, as she approached the wall with your name-plate, just ripped my heart out and beat me over the head with it. That was an extremely well-done facial animation; I applaud the animators. You could literally feel her sadness. That said, I quickly composed myself when she refused to put the name-plate up and, instead, knowingly smiled.

At least I can imagine them re-uniting now. ^_^

Still, I'm hoping for some post-EC DLC to clarify things a little that EC failed to polish, maybe expand on the rebuilding effort and lead into the epoch of a possible sequel set some years after the Shepard-arc. I won't hold my breath, however.

the memorial wall scene had me, and when I left Liara at the beam run. I didn't know whether they had retconned the breath scene or not =(

Yes it did, because once again BW didn't listen to the fans. I just wanted to see my Shepard alive with his LI Liara. I wanted to reunite with her and the crew.

Yes I cryed like a baby. Saying goodbye to Liara at the evac scene. Reject endig hit me the most. Hearing my favorite character for the last time.... But destroy is my happy ending and I was smiling again.

Oh yes, baby krogan. Mansquees were had. If that krogan who stares in awe and smiles when you cure the genophage was adorable, the babies... Oh god my heart.

And then when Tali didn't put Shepard's name up on the memorial wall, and then...
*breath*
You can fight like a krogan, run like a leopard...
But you'll never be better than Commander Shepard!
Brought Javik and EDI on the final part of the game though, so none of that much-vaunted Tali goodbye scene. But Javik's was pretty powerful stuff, too. But not in a man tears way.

But damn it, why does poor EDI get no ceremony? Everyone's stressing about the fate of this nigh-unkillable hero, but the spaceship girl in the gynoid body who got toasted by the anti-Reaper wave? Nope. She was there, saving a wounded Javik, and then... just on the wall. Like it doesn't matter. Not even Joker really seemed to care.
