From what the Catalyst said, that the reaper took the form of its creators, I'm thinking that the keepers may have been that race. They look similar enough I guess, as far as insect looking things with more than 2 legs goes. Perhaps they were created through some sort of genetic tampering to become immortal drones (not sure if they are immortal actually) without being simply enslaved peoples.
Anyone else think so?
The Keepers = Harbinger?
