Hi im not really sure if this is the correct place to post this but i have nowhere else i can contact.When i first got mass effect i did not redeem or did not recieve a pripr commendation pack.Since i have recieved them all except for the event savage which i did 3 different times on 3 different days.On my prior commendation pack that i did not recieve i have been an ongoing 3 week long ea live chat every friday which they tell me its being escalated and investigated but nobody ever emails back.Today when everyone on my list, that i played in random games with, and even my roomate who did it from my xbox all got theirs today when i called ea after going to live chat AGAIN. They told me that exactly the same thing that it would take 5-10 business days to get a response.Now when i look at my ea open cases it marks the prior as closed even though nobdy contacted me and im afraid now its happening to the savage pack as well.These events are the only thing that higher n7 players play for because most of their ultra rares are at 10 and there is not much more to collect.Has anybody been experiecing these horror stories too?Is there a bioware number other than ea that i can contact that will not give me a 3 week run around and contact me and tell me whats going on? I love mass effect but this is ruining my experience not getting credit for events that i did and feeling like nobody cares to remedy or point me in a direction that gets results.A little help from the community? Staff? Anyone?
