First off, I must say I am oh so very glad that the EC was a success and provides me with the feeling that Mass Effect's best days are ahead (see earlier thread for reasons why I think this: http://social.biowar...3492/1#12781998). That all being said, I'm not sure how or why the EC made me feel this way. After all, as BioWare said, the endings didn't change. Whereas when I finished ME3 the first time I was left with a terrible emptiness for many days, finishing the EC provided me with hope. I viewed what was, at its core, the same thing but felt opposite emotions.
So my questions to all of you are...
Why is this?

Did this happen to anyone else?
