Hi there,

I played Dragon Age since it came out early november. The first weeks there were no problems, online profile was working fine. About two weeks ago it stopped being updated. First I thought that's nothing special and time would solve this problem.

Since it didn't update for weeks then I deleted all character data in the online profile hoping it would load up again my latest savegame stats. But it simply did nothing. 

Meanwhile I started a second character.

Now I accidently had a closer look and discovered that I have two player profiles in my online storage - how can this be? I never created such a second profile. 



The working profile which updates correctly is this one persona_id=218061574



The corrupted profile is this persona_id=215546860



Unfortunately I didn't find the switch to delete this corrupted second profile thing - is this possible? I don't want to have two player profiles, the functional one should be the only profile. Furthermore I don't understand were the second profile comes from.

Any assistance is much appreciated.

Lots of people have this problem, which has been discussed in other threads. At the moment, you can't delete it.



The short version is that they've added a way for those of us with more than one persona to switch between them. It has been suggested, and taken under advisement, that we (the users) would rather be able to delete 'extra' personas, or hide them, or choose which is the default, but at the moment we're stuck.
