Either Vigil or the galaxy map music. Both just say Mass Effect to me.

Mordins theme from ME3, combined with his scene(you know which one) was easily the most emotionally moving moments Ive ever experienced in all my years of video gaming. So that track takes the cake for me, however it should be noted the entire series soundtrack is magnificent across all 3 games.

That should be depended on certain angles.If you want to show the darkness,unknown and men's courage to explore the unknown,then it's Suicide Mission definitely.If you want to highlight that no matter how dark the universe is,there will always be something true like love,then it's I am lost without you IMO.If you want to show the miracle of ME universe(every unimaginable progress),then it's An End and Once For All,because it's soft,that represents those shocking moments,and it's sad for those that lost in those progress,then the end of the track,that means there's still a lot of hope.

Well each game has a theme that fits it better, but If I had to chose it would be Suicide Mission

I think each installment carry a markedly different tone. For ME1, it would be vigil, ME2 would be suicide mission, and lastly ME3 would be "an end once and for all"

"I Was Lost Without You"
I listened to that song like...a thousand times in a row. Pretty much every major point in the entire game either DID have that song, or it could (see: should) have. Not only is it an amazing song, it pretty much summed up the entire feel of the game. Well, for me, at least.
