Before it shoots the laser that hits Shepard, it sounds like it says, "forgive us". Did anyone else hear that?

I think it's just a sound made of his voice samples that isn't any actual word/sentence to have him "say something" without having to hire his voice actor again

Im pretty sure it was just the "horn" sound that they make but you could be right.

this. And it kinda irks me...a lot. I was expecting Harbinger to have a way bigger role in ME3, especially with EC.

Nope. Which was quite sad because I jumped out of my chair thinking he was about to talk and then the scene just ended and my Shepard was blasted with the laser.

He was about to say SHEPAAAARD but got tongue tied which then made him embarrassed so he's like FFFFUUUU and lasers Shep.

During that clip it almost looks like Shep and Harbinger make eye contact (figuratively speaking, of course). Would have been awesome if he just growled a loud "SHEPARD" in his mass effect 2 voice, then preceded to blast the sh*t out of him.

He was trying to warn you about the endings. I have here translated Harbinger's horn sounds:

"Shepard. You fight against inevitability. Dust struggling against cosmic winds. Your IQ will fall, your resistance will be met with a middle finger from BioWare. Prepare yourself for the Horsesh*t!"
