i've preordered the n7 digital deluxe from origin, played sp and mp and so on...

the thing is that now the n7 digital deluxe has a new feature that the preorder didn't have: digital commemorative artwork of Commander Shepard.

what exactly is this thing? can i get it? because the dude from the ea support chat had no idea and that is should make a post here.
