After installing the Extended Cut I am now unable to get ME3 to connect to the EA servers. Windows firewall is off and the one I am currently using is allowing the game web access.

I figured that online authentication isn't necessary, so I tried to start one of my old playthroughs and it constantly tells me that From Ashes is missing, even though it is installed and up to date. Repair Install did not fix the issue.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Although not the exact same problem I have a similar one here; since installing the EC From Ashes will not load at all. It will show up in the AddOns tab in origins as installed and when repairing it nothing is wrong, but regardless it just won't do anything in game. I've tried reinstalling the game twice to fix it to no avail.

I'm having the same problem as you Milkovich, but here's a stopgap solution in the meantime.

Use Origin in offline mode, the game seems to presume Lost Ashes is authorized in that state, and the Extended Cut should be working as well.

I'm having the same exact problem and going into offline mode does nothing. I sure am glad I purchased this game that I apparently don't actually own...

Is anyone else having problems with this? I haven't been able to connect to EA/Origin for the last hour or so

same with my account. cannot connect to EA servers after installing Extended cut. Offline mode does not help and all patches are installed

i'm on the pc after downloading the extended cut DLC i too can nolonger get into multiplayer - it just doesn't connect to the EA servers. i noticed from the posts in this forum that this issue has been around for some time, are there any plans to get a fix for this at all ?
