Ayup. We're all good now. (we being me and the space hamster in my pocket)
Will you be buying future DLC?

I would personally never buy online DLC from EA because they close their servers very quickly. BF3 could be an exception because of its popularity. If they closed their servers in two years I bet a lot of fans would be pissed they spent fifty bucks on all that DLC.sadako wrote...
Multiplayer DLC, no. Single Player DLC, yes, if I wanted a shoot em up that rocks, I'll go BF3.

No. The endings still make any DLC pointless.

Unless the DLC alters the ending in such a way to reflect it, what's the point? ME2 DLC allowed you to bring more squadmates to the suicide run and/or set up ME3. What can ME3 DLC do if it doesn't alter the endings?

Maybe.... Need to play the EC first. If EC brings me3 to the point that I would not have complained, then yes.

Maybe. It there's a surviving Shep (destroy option) mission to reunite with LI and Squadies, yes. If it's just some filler that gets us to the same end, no. But if the first one is done, then I'm happy to buy filler.

No.
Getting some more xp or weapons or armor from a DLC will not change the endings at all. Shepard will still go meekly to his/her end doing just what the reapers allow him/her to do no matter if you buy 1 or 100 DLC.

I don't really have any intention of buying any DLC at this time. The endings are still unoriginal and uninspiring to me for the most part, although I do appreciate what they tried to do with the EC to make the ending a little less devastating. The story is over for me and has been for quite some time, so I don't have a lot of interest in the extra content. I may play through it again someday, but that's a long way off. At that time I may consider buying DLC content.

On-Topic - of course I will, they've done nothing really bad as far as I am concerned, so as long as what they provide looks interesting to me, I shall buy it

If it were to occur prior to Prioity Earth, then no, I would not be interested. The endings are already decided so unless it would alter them in a significant way, any pre-mission DLC would be superficial and kind of pointless.
If the DLC were to take place post-ending, as long as it looked interesting, I would probably buy it.

yes yes! Especially if new dlc will be like pre-ME4 stuff

Maybe. I'm not automatically opposed to it like I was after the original ending, but I intend to stay wary.

Agree with others; I'd only buy post-ending DLC.
Seems like putting extra chapters into a book after having read it. A bit.....pointless.

I am really strongly leaning towards no.
Why bother? It's over. Not that I hate the new endings (don't love them either) but what's the point?
It's like reading a book, finishing it and then they want you to buy a new chapter in the middle.
The story is done, for better or worse. Time to move on. BioWare did, so should I....

Nope. They already said no post ending DLC so everything else is pointless.

Could someone remake this as a poll? I'm new here
The sample of just the Bioware forums is biased obviously, but I'd love to see numbers on who feels this mess will impact their future purchases of
1. ME DLC
2. ME Games
3. Bioware Games
4. EA Games
Personally, I'm horrified by the endings, and baffled as to how it happened. It's hard to believe the other artists involved in the series agree with the direction of the ending. It must be painful to be on the inside, watching powerlessly and trying to hold your tongue.
Maybe they are even amongst us, raging under an alias. I only hope in the future we find out what went wrong, and have these people speak freely.

I cannot rule out buying future ME anything...it's my favorite series. Even when I thought I would not buy a future game or DLC, I heard the Leviathan of Dis rumor and was infinitely excited.
I am not happy with the endings either, but I coped by writing an alternate ending, check it out and let me know what you think:

Only if the DLC is about taking back Omega. And it has to be after the EC.
Wait, let's not be extreme......you know I'm going to buy Dragon Age 3 anyway~

Absolutely, ME3 is a blast to play, and I can't wait for more missions. Multiplayer DLC has proven to be awesome so far, so I can't wait for what they will do with SP.
