If it is better than the Arrival DLC, sure. But I'm on the fence whether I would buy a DLC where Shepard is not the protagonist or not.
Will you be buying future DLC?

Pre-EC: Why? Every ending is grimdark and everything is ruined. Not really motivated.
Post-EC: I might. I'm actually motivated to finish the other 4 imports I have at the ready.

Yes, without hesitation, as I love ME universe and my shep!

I'll be disappointed in myself if I do.

Sure. If the DLC are good, I see no problem with that.

I would pay for it if the they add a reunion scene with crew and LI for destroy in the Omega or other dlc they dish out. Either from that I would not pay for dlc until I get closure for the destroy.

Yes. I adore the ME universe and am happy to spend every second possible in it, immersing myself in it. If you don't enjoy the ME universe to this extent then just play something else, but I love the games. I would pay to sit in an empty room on the Normandy and talk to Tali ... whatever. There are plenty of other games for people who are done with ME.
Why do we have to make an issue like 'will you buy DLC' in the first place? Will you play CoD? Will you buy DLC for Skyrim? Who cares, go and play what you enjoy playing, its not compulsory either way, do what you enjoy and stop trying to make everything into a 'we wont do this because we hate that' issue. So tedious.

I really hope there are many who feel like this, as I do too. It seems so sad that the forums fill up with bitter, angry people who dont even seem to enjoy playing ME.

I seriously doubt it. If it were some sort of reunion DLC, then yes, most definitely, but I'm aware they have no plans for such a thing. (But they didn't have plans for an extended end cut either, so anything is possible.)
But as many here have already said: any pre-end dlc is pointless to me. Mass Effect 2 dlcs were great because while they might not affect the ending of that game, I assumed they would affect the ending of Mass Effect 3 (which they did not). The journey was amazing, but if the ending is horrible (in my opinion) then yes it CAN ruin the wonderful journey. And it did for me.

Yes if it expands the endings. If it is just sidestories, I don't think that is going to grip me.

Unless the future DLC involves IT and a boss battle against Harbinger, I'm done with BioWare. I was never a fan of Dragon Age, and I don;t particularly care for Star Wars in general. With Mass Effect destroyed, I can safely say it will take an act of God to get me to care about them again.

I'm still pretty intrigued by the statement "if you knew what we had in store you'd keep your saves forever!"
Midgame DLC seems somewhat pointless, but as long as it looks engaging enough I will most likely purchase it.
Once that statement sounded exciting to me, but now I having a hard time to believe anything that comes from BioWare. I'm not sure that BioWare can deliver quality any more.
But I still hope that I will be proven wrong.
No pre-ending DLC buy for me.

...Maybe.
An ending DLC that makes the refusal ending a viable one? I will throw money at that until the cows come home. And yes I believe conventional victory is possible. If the devs can use space magic to turn everyone into cyborgs, then Shepard can damn well defeat the Reapers with the whole galaxy at his/her back.
Other SP DLC is a maybe. I never liked the concept of DLCs (they always make me feel cheated) but the ME universe was always my notable exception. We'll just have to see what they come up with.

Unless they fix the ME2 romances that would be the only DLC I buy. Other than that, no.
