Probably. I hope the fiasco of the ending has taught BW a bit of humility and we will get better stories for it.

maybe, I'm actually boycotting EA.

agreed

is very unlikely, but I am MUCH more likely to check/buy their next game now, a DLC that is awesome enough could get some love from me... maybe=]

Given the endings? Not at first sight, because if you put a cherry on top of crap then it is still crap. It really has to have some amazing content, before it is worth considering it.

I might buy story based DLC, but I'm not particularly interested in it like I would have been for ME2 DLC. Those continued the story in some way, while here we know where everything is going to lead to.

As far as MP or item packs though? No won't buy any of that. I don't play ME MP, and unless there is just some Sp item that blows my mind away it's not worth shelling out the money when I already have a large variety of weapons and armor to choose from.

I'm still kind of mad at robodog too. YOU ARE NOTHING LIKE URZ! *kicks the robodog*

In answer to the question of the thread title, probably.

Depends on what the DLC offer and if to sounds interesting enough. The ending controversy damaged my trust for Bioware so the risk of me not buying it no matter what they say the content is do exist

Come on guys why would you buy any DLC at this point unless it relates to the crappy a** endings? It's pointless now "here purchase this DLC so you can maybe have an extra squadmate mourn you or an extra war asset not be seen at the end" come on y'all lmfao.

Right now, no. I'd need to see some serious changes to the game as it stands. Such as more hub worlds (the drop from 3 in ME2 to 1 in ME3 was disappointing), get rid of the drive by side quest pick ups, solid impressive storylines and inclusion of the allied forces somewhere. Plus I'd love to not have dependance of MP shoved down my throat. I left SWTOR to play ME3 and still ended up having to MP have more impact on my game than anything else it seemed.

I would pay for it if the they add a reunion scene with crew and LI for destroy in the Omega or other dlc they dish out. Either from that I would not pay for dlc until I get closure for the destroy.

I'll buy SP DLC for sure. I would not pay a penny for any MP DLC.

If it's LotSB quality, then sure. If it's mediocre like Arrival or Overlord, then no.

Even though Bioware said that they wouldn't release post-campain DLC, if they did actually release a Reunion and Rescue DLC for Shepard, then I'd buy that.

But that won't happen, so I'll stick with wishful thinking.

No. The endings are still absolutely horrendous. ME-universe is dead. :(

Not sure. As echoed by others, what will the DLC matter if it has not later effect in the game, no appearance or purpose in the end?

If I Retake Omega but don't seen any such effect or consequence later in the game--besides silly Ware Assets--then what point does it have? Sure, "I" can find purpose in entertainment value, but within the story itself, if I don't see any resulting effects later in the game, then the DLC would really have no purpose. At least in ME2, every mission had the possibility of having some consequence later on in ME3, and I even went back and redid the tedious element/artifact quests in ME1 because they had effect in ME3.....

Dunno, depends on what it is, how much it costs, and what other people think of it.

It really depends upon what the DLC is about and how well it reviews. I'm not interested in the ME equivalent of Witch Hunt.

If it was released today? No, my feelings a bit to raw right now. In a few months? Maybe, if it looks really good I might, it just depends.

Post-ending DLC. Buy it, I would.

Pre-ending DLC. I would buy it not.....Only if difference at the end it made.

I really hope there are many who feel like this, as I do too. It seems so sad that the forums fill up with bitter, angry people who dont even seem to enjoy playing ME.

I doubt people would be up in arms about the huge disappointment that ME 3 turned out to be if they didn't care about it.
