I don't want more pre-ending single player content DLC ... but if they make it I will end up buying and playing it anyway because I'm just that weak willed :pinched:

I don't want it because the story is already told, completed .. new DLC won't impact the end or decisions .. any new DLC would just be like a side-trek adventure of Shepard that is ultimately of no real consequence... it might be interesting, sure (and would be the reason I play it, despite not wanting it) but it wouldn't ultimately matter.

If they somehow made post-ending DLC where we could play as one of Shepard's squad members in the newly changed galaxy, that might actually be a lot of fun and very interesting (though I find this exceedingly unlikely... like 0.000001% chance of ever happening).

So yes, I'll buy it ... but I don't want it. Yes, I'm odd

Sure! Why not? Some new bonus missions will be fun. The endings have nothing to do with it.  More content is always better than less.

The supposed content files they've hidden in the EC seem to make it appear as though they're extending the ending further (albeit possibly in the form of conversations). This may mean two things:

1)Bioware weren't working completely on getting the EC out to us in good condition with all questions answered, and were also working on paid DLC (even if it's free, they've still spent their resources and time working on that as well).

2)Bioware intends to "sell us" our endings.

Both lower my hopes. Combine that with the botch-up of the EC (which actually causes more logic failures) and very little true hope in the future of the ME franchise, and no, I will probably not be buying any DLC. To be honest, I will probably not even download a free SP DLC. Personally, for all they've done, I wouldn't really be suprised or care if they were cannibalized by EA, but I'm past that. The days I've spent devoting myself to these franchise won't go away if they go under, if they apologize, if they keel over and die. The damage is done, if they don't want to fix it. then the Mutualistic bond is gone. They have nothing to offer me, so I shall take my leave from the parasitic remains. If they do intend fix it in the future (and this time actually fully achieve the mark), then there is a chance for redemption, but if that never arises, then it is over.

To summarize: My faith in Bioware has been lost, twice. Given a chance to redeem themselves, they've not managed it. They have little to offer me (and others) that someone else cannot do better. As such, with deep regret, I will never buy any content from them again until this is sorted. If it is not, then surely if they are as good a games developer as they are, they can easily fill my spot with another person. You know, someone foolish enough to enter their parlour.

So long as it's substantial and story related, I'm almost guaranteed to buy it prior to my next ME series play through.  I've bought every DLC for the series so far, with the exception of the ME2 weapon and armor packs.

Yes i will. In my opinion EC made ending tolerable but i still hate it. Game itself was good and Leviathan of Dis DLC sounds very interesting !

No. Shepard is gone so I don't feel like I want to re-play the game just so I can see this DLC.

Yes, without hesitation, as I love ME universe and my shep!

I really hope there are many who feel like this, as I do too. It seems so sad that the forums fill up with bitter, angry people who dont even seem to enjoy playing ME.

I doubt people would be up in arms about the huge disappointment that ME 3 turned out to be if they didn't care about it.

Then why all the people saying a flat out 'no' to playing in ME universe? Do they just need to grow up and get over the endings already? Still too soon after that to stop pouting and acting like they hate the series or what?

Eh, the thing about capitalism is that you have a chance to affect the future activities of companies that provide goods and services mostly by a) handing them your money B) not handing them your money. If you think that they done good, keep purchasing their wares. If not, well...

But it's their own future enjoyment that they are losing, and this is a Mass Effect forum, which one would assume is frequented by people who like playing Mass Effect, no? How long are people gonna sulk over the ME3 ending like children who didnt get the sweets they wanted before they go back to playing in the universe they supposedly enjoy being a part of?

Cant sulk over it forever surely ...

The only DLC that I would consider buying for Mass Effect 3 is DLC that has a substantial impact on the ending of the game. Not interested in any DLC that gives me a couple of hours play with no pay off at the end besides a slideshow or a couple of extra lines of dialogue with the star child.

Of course I will. I beat the Reapers, Shepard lived to reunite with his LI, and the Galaxy will be back in shape in no time. Looking forward to see more of it.

What are you smoking? Must be some good stuff.

Yes, absolutely, I LOVE Mass Effect. I however will not getting the Leviathan of Dis DLC if it turns out to be true, but all other DLC (with the exclusion of multiplayer) I will buy.

I love seeing people fooled by the EC, while it is an actual ending the underlying problems of completely throwing out existing lore in exchange for space magic is still there, but I guess the EC is satisfactory to people who just want to move on.and for the most part the ending turned from life sucks then you die into life sucks and then you have to die so that it doesn't....kind of.

Any DLC that isn't post ending is not of my interests.

Also possibly the rumoroed leviathan DLC if it adds more endings.

If Bioware are to be trusted - Shephards story is over - Then NO, I will NOT buy any dlc.

It makes no sense to do so.. I mean who enjoys a meal in a resturant - after the meal is over and you are about to leave the place - the waiter stops you at the door:

"By the way my good Sir - we have an exquisite wine that would enhance your experience of the steak you just had"!

Well you can take your bloody wine and try to sell it to someone who hasn't eaten yet..

The EC was good enough that I'll buy future DLC. It was a far cry from perfect, but at least now it's an ending instead of a jumbled unresolved mess.
