I never received a code for the Lion's Boots from Amazon.  Does anyone have them yet, and if so, how did you get them?

I believe I saw somewhere that they will mail it a week after the game ships. Did you already get your game I pre-ordered from amazon and the shipping estimate is 10/9/09?

I didn't receive an email with the codes so I'm expecting a insert with the game. Game should be delivered in a couple of hours...

The only insert that comes with the game, from Amazon, is for the blood armor and Fury of Shale.

I just got my copy... I have the insert for Shale, as other people mentioned, but nothing for the boots.



I hope I don't have to wait until Nov. 9, as someone else mentioned. That would be kind of crazy.

I believe it said that codes for the preorder bonuses would be emailed within 10 days of release. Don't quote me on that though (I wish they would've kept the information up for a while longer).
