That would be cool, but the problem is that the main advantage (besides the extreme damage boost) was that during Assassination, you would have no weapon sway when in scope, a mechanic that is no loger present. Adding accuracy to sniper rifles is more or less useless now, given that they hit always the crosshairs (at least the 1-shot rifles)
I can't speak for the consoles, but on PC, where you have to aim all for yourself, auto-aiming could screw some players.
Well, here a suggestion for a skill set:
Assassination:
Gives a bonus 100% weapon damage on the next shot and activates a laser pointer to support targeting. (Colored green to avoid confusion). Maximal Duration 3 seconds. Cooldown 7 seconds.
[Notes: The Damage bonus will be halved if the weapon is fired from the hip. And I am open to suggestions how to make it less useful on Shotguns than on Sniper Rifles]
Rank 2: Cooldown reduced by 20%
Rank 3: +20% Damage Bonus
Rank 4: Damage/Duration
A) +30% Damage Bonus
Rank 5: Headshot Bonus/SR Armor-Piercing
A) +100% Damage on headshots
Rank 6: Phasic Rounds/Bonus Duration
A) The shot will ignore 50% of Shieldgate (Meaning 0%/25%/50% damage reduction on shieldgate for B/S/G). 50% Bonus Damage. [This will make the Nemesis Defector extremely efficient on Gold, where one-shot sniper rifles usually suffer from needing a second shot to down anything]
Flashbang Grenade [Yep, Kasumi's nice AoE stun]:
Throw a disorienting concussive charge that inflicts minor damage and causes weapon overheat, omni-tool jams and difficulties in using biotic powers. Damage: 200, Radius: 6.5 Meters. 50% Chance to overheat weapons and disable abilities for 5 seconds[There is no limit to the number of affected targets. Has a minor force value that will make all targets stumble.]
Rank 2: +1 Grenade Capacity
Rank 3: +20% disabling chance.
Rank 4: Damage/Radius
A) Increases Damage by 40%
Rank 5: Max Grenades/Incapacitation
A) Increases amount of Grenades by 1.
Rank 6: Radius/Stun Chance
A) Increases Radius by 40%
Overload
Nemesis Training Increases damage with Cerberus Weapons (Raptor, Harrier, Hornet, Talon). Rank 6 weight reduction for SRs.
