What save did you use?

The autosave right before the Cronos station. I know you then get some more EMS added on from events that happen as you play (can't post spoilers here) so I might have ended up with a bit above 3300 at the end.

Thats strange, I used a save before Cronos station (for my 3500 EMS Shep) and there was no EMS added (apart form the Reaper Heart points added).

The save I used for 3400+ EMS Shep was before choosing R.B.G. (Did not want to redo Cronos station).

Thats the extra EMS I was thinking of, not a lot, so I wouldnt have been way over the 3300 I started on.
