Dear sirs, I own a copy of the N7 Collector's Edition. At first no DLC would stay validated, so Offline mode was effectively unavailable. After some patches From Ashes would stay validated and only the N7 online pass entitlement would not work. After installing the Extended Cut DLC only this would work and From Ashes became unavailable too.
It seems as though only the latest DLC stays validated.
Please patch this bug soon. Offline mode is very important to me. I hope you get it working soon, especially as I am looking forward to more great DLC like From Ashes, Shadow Broker, Overlord, Arrival and the like. Of course it has to work properly to be satisfactory. Mass Effect is simply way to great a franchise for such a disappointment at the end.
