I participated in both a:

*solo Krogan Vanguard on Bronze
*a filled random match with only Vorcha, Krogan, and Batarian

both to completion during Operation Savage, but I did not receive a commendation pack.

How do I remedy this?

You go to the Origin application and in the help section you start live chat. If you explain the situation they will give your pack manually. I had to go through this process three times already.

Just contacted support for the first time and I'm happy to say that it is indeed a helpful experience. I'm sure they're quite adroit at handling commendation pack concerns by now. They did say there was a small hiccup when trying to add my pack manually but it would be fixed later. Contact them so they can get it started for you.

I just asked them about it, and EA support is working with getting it up on my account, they're really nice seeing as this is the first time i didn't get a pack
