So this is in no way meant to be serious, I just thought the control ending left itself wide open for some funny scenarios.  For example:

Jack:  Hey, Councilman John, one of the reapers just showed up, I think it's here to help repair the freeway to downtown.

Councilman John:  Yeah, about that.  I was just going over the councilman by-laws, and apparently, I'm not supposed to acknowledge the existance of the reapers...  weird, right?

Jack:  So what do you want me to do then, because he's here.

Councilman John:  Yeah, I'm not going to acknowledge that question.

Jack:  Ok...  so...  I'm just going to repair the freeway with the reaper then...

Councilman John:  I'm sorry, with who?
