DEV's help - EA support cant help - redeem purchase online pass after instaltion last DLC EC

After i have instaled Extended Cut DLC im unable to play multiplayer - redeem purchase online pass.
I have connected with EA live support but they could not help me.
They give me a lot of tips to repair game client or my internet connection but this is not this. Why it's not fault of game client or internet connection becouse i loged to friend account from my PC. And on her account i could play normaly multiplayer. It's something with my account on EA servers but EA support dont know that bug and they didnt know what to do.
DEV's plz help

I'm having the same trouble. I spent over 6 hours with EA live chat support yesterday and they were just stalling me to get through their work day (uninstall, redownload, reinstall (twice!), repair (8x), delete OfflineCache from origin, etc...)

I did make one last ditch effort to get this resolved and it may help for you, although I still haven't received any help.

I found an email on the forum that goes directly to Bioware's accounts administrator(s): me3accountadmin@bioware.com

I hope you get things fixed

I am experiencing a similar issue.

I play on the PC and can connect to Origin just fine...but when I load Mass Effect 3 and go to the main menu, it just sits at the "connecting to EA servers" for a while. It eventually allows me to navigate through the main menu, but I am "offline" and it suggests that I try to purchase/redeem an online pass (even though that is not something that PC players can do -_-)

Origin live chat did not help at all. I am hoping that this problem can be fixed soon, especially before my victory and commendation packs expire...

I was going to uninstall the game permanently and go buy something else but I think I'll give it one more shot via the EA telephone support first. Maybe they'll be able to help me where the live chat people couldn't.

Edit: telephone chat is unavailable so I'm trying EA live chat again but this time instead of technical I'm going with account/registration. I'll let you know how it goes.

Update: Same result. Redownload and reinstall after using revo to uninstall. Installing Diablo 3 instead ;)

Are you able to state whether all of you have had the following:
1. Downloaded Extended Cut
2. Got a commendation pack from Operation Savage

In regards to your questions:
1. I did download Extended Cut DLC yesterday around noon MST
2. I did earn a commendation pack from Operation Savage but have not opened it due to this ongoing issue.

I have the same issue, I can no longer log in to multiplayer at all. But my problem started before the EC. Right after one "operation" weekend (Operation Mastiff).

As far as I know this is when the problem occured. I don't think commendation packs were released until later that day. I chatted with live support between 1:30 p.m. until close to 8 p.m. and then for several more hours today.

Having similar problems, although the whole thing with the online pass seems sporadic for me. i just restart the game everytime i get it then it lets me in.

i downloaded the extended cut but have been having that issue even before, so i dont think its a factor, i dont think so anyway

i didn't get my commendation pack from operation savage, either. although like the other guys? i haven't been getting my commendation packs for the last few operations, either, even if i completed the challenge. last 2 challenges the live chat actually helped but this time around they just asked me "Do you have online feedback on?" when i say "yeah, i just checked" they go "can you check again" so i did, and tell them its still on, and they just go "are you sure?" which was kind of annoying. first time i talked to a guy, they said ill get my commendation pack after 24 hours (i didn't get it), next guy said 1 week (didn't wait that long yet), third guy said "eventually"... ( that last one scares me, by the way. ).

They said you guys are just analyzing so that's why we aren't getting any commendation pack, but my friend got his. so, yeah. hopefully we get the commendation pack for this challenge? any idea why that's happening though? i wanna see if i can do anything to help on my end as well. dont like having to need to contact support every challenge. specially after this last experience. also when are the commendation packs coming for people who didn't get 'em?

oh yeah and i forgot to add. i checked the packs before i got the DLC and after as well just to check if its there. but the packs aren't there

(I presuming this means you want as much people as possible to post info concerning this on here)
I downloaded the Extended Cut, but I have no idea if I got a Commendation Pack or not, didn't get time to check before the issue cropped up.

I think I qualified for it, but I'm not 100% sure since I don't know whether games you joined in the middle of would counted for the squad goal.

Good point to add. I never looked if I ever qualified for that weekend (went away for a holiday). And now that I'm back for the EC, I can't log online for multiplayer.

I can add another attempt to my list: Assuming the EC and/or other singleplayer DLC is causing the problem I used Revo uninstaller to get rid of ME3 completely and then redownloaded it (3rd time yay!). I then installed only the two multiplayer DLC packs (manually stopped download/install on everything else). The fail to connect to EA and Redeem/Purchase online pass issue is still there.

Same for me. I contacted both EA support and ME3admins and in the system everything looks fine. I also checked with ISP provider if there were any changes recently and nothing like that happened.

I'll add my feedback here. Downloaded EC DLC, got Commendation and Victory packs (didn't open).

Was able to login and play a multiplayer game before I did the EC DLC. Haven't been able to since.

Alright, after a 50min (40 minutes on hold) support call my multiplayer is back. I used the method from the thread I linked above.

Both victory and commendation packs are in store (just got store bug disconnect opening victory pack).

This solution doesn't fix the underlying problem that is causing the issue but at least it's a way to get back in the game

UK user here, and I just found out I've got the same problem.
Unfortunately I can't say whether or not I've received a comm pack because the last time I played was monday morning, then downloaded the EC when it was released.

Hey Bryan, I'd like to make it clear that this started happening to me after I downloaded the EC. I was going on multiplayer to recieve my packs for this past weekend (I definitely qualified for them).

ok... i just got my commendation pack after getting in contact again with live chat support... they had to add it in manually. just want the dev to know. but i so hope i dont end up needing to do this every operation. its been like this for the last 3 (or was that 4?) operations.

just a quick feedback, though? that last guy was awesome. actually did it fast and answered the questions i had. the other 3? you guys need to retrain i think. at least in comm skills if not procedures. but i guess this isn't the place for that so uhmmmm ignore this last paragraph *lol*

Guys, why, when i try to connect to servers EA, my Mass effect 3 PC requires "online pass", but for the PC version, it does not provide.
I contacted the EA technical support , wrote that the problem is solved,but I'm waiting for almost 2 weeks.
Through my profile on Social.bioware.com I noticed that my N7 rating was zero,but before that was more than 3000.

Has there been any progress on this? Based on the solutions presented, it sounds like people got improperly banned.
