DEV's help - EA support cant help - redeem purchase online pass after instaltion last DLC EC

After i have instaled Extended Cut DLC im unable to play multiplayer - redeem purchase online pass.
I have connected with EA live support but they could not help me.
They give me a lot of tips to repair game client or my internet connection but this is not this. Why it's not fault of game client or internet connection becouse i loged to friend account from my PC. And on her account i could play normaly multiplayer. It's something with my account on EA servers but EA support dont know that bug and they didnt know what to do.
DEV's plz help

We are checking into this issue,

Are you able to state whether all of you have had the following:
1. Downloaded Extended Cut
2. Got a commendation pack from Operation Savage

So the issue began for you after you downloaded EC but before commendation packs went out?
