lol wut ?

Something is wrong, very wrong with this camp. Let's say I was walking around, enjoying the nature, the darkspawn, the werewolves... until I find this apparently harmless campsite.

So there we go: Zevran, Alistair, Peludo (a.k.a. Dog) and myself to take a look...

.... AND IT KILLS US!

I mean, come on ! Least you could do is give some warning; what about:"Watch out for the angry bedrolls", "Danger: Pic-nic with attitude"... T.T

A campsite!! A tent with some bedrolls! This is a slap in the face.

Now for real, what is this thing about? It's some quest i am missing?

Well.. you dont DIE INSTANTLY!

You test one object: You will strange

You test another: You feel something is wrong and still have the option to go.

You test a third: You cant withstand and all fall asleep.

So: Normally at least one Character(imx a Mage) survives and must kill a Spectre alone.

In my game, Wynne was the only one to survive, and thanks to revive being an AoE spell, I rezzed the rest of my party and mowed the Spectre down.

They went to sleep. And next thing i had was the 4 skulls portraits AND "your journey ends here!"

:(

So maybe it bugged? I didn't get the chance to fight anything. But what's the thing behind the whole situation ?

er the character with the most willpower is supposed to survive.

If you look at none of the objects or only at the tent and then try to leave the camp, your whole group will be awake to fight the demon. Test two objects and try to leave or look at the fireplace, your group will go to sleep and only the one with the highest mental resistance will be awake.

Some warning...like your party members feel strange...or you have the option to state to move on.....

You mean, like that kind of warning?

Even if you move on your characters come back on their own and fall asleep, so no it's not really an option.

Strange, that. My PC always survives. Well in the two play-throughs she did. Her and the Mage she travels with. The other two are mostly dead, hence the two skull symbols, but I never had the game end there.

My PC examined everything,, but she kept on insisting that everyone stay alert, to resist, and maintaining the premise that something is very strange.
