I just realized that I have the commendation pack for Operation Goliath
displaying in my registered content. It never showed in the in-game store and
now it is expired. Online support said "Ask the devs. Create a forum post." Can anyone help?

And BioWare will tell you to ask EA Support.

Also, I'm pretty it's been noted that no one can help you if it's been more than seven days since the commendation packs were released.

A lot of this going around. I took a break from playing ME3 for a month after a recurring problem getting the packs. Came back and same thing last two operations.

I never got my Operation Savage commendation pack even though I had two people say they added it. Oh well. I probably just would've gotten the Eagle anyway. I hear it sucks in MP.

I'm wondering if this might possibly be related to ip address? For example, if you have a static ip address, no problem, but if you have a dynamic ip address, you don't get it unless you're playing from the same random ip address again?

I brought that up because I occasionally get messages saying I last played mass effect from another console and never have, but I do have 2 xbox's on the same network with dynamic ip's.

They cant give you expired packs ive tried several times since i never got the first 3-5 that were released -.-

BTW The Eagle is amazing I love that gun ive got the eagle 2 and its great on a biotic char

I did not get the last commendation pack - looks like I won't by what you have all said.....that sucks.

This pack is still showing up under my registered content. I would love to be able to redeem it somehow. I do not think I should be penalized for not being active on the forums in time to ask BioWare to correct this glitch within their seven day comfort period. So, I earned the pack. It shows up on my site, but never dropped in the store. Where's the love, moderators?
