I can launch the game just fine. EC installed fine. But when I start the game, I just have a black screen with the Mass Effect 3 logo overlayed. I can get to the menu, and I can mouse over the buttons (I somehow managed to start a new game, and the character creation screens appeared) - but after the very first cutscene, when I start on earth I just have an infinite blackness over a gray background.
No graphics at all.
No Earth on the start screen.
No CIC.
I haven't changed a single thing for my video settings, already did 3 repairs and a clean reinstall.
Intel i7-2600k
8 Gb RAM
nVidia GTX 580 (301.42 drivers)

Looks like a reinstallation of my graphics card drivers fixed the issue.
