I am currently experiencing problems with my copy of Mass Effect 3: N7 Collector's Edition. After downloading yesterday's Extended Cut DLC, the game fails to launch with a message that tells me EA Servers can not be reached. I have never experienced this problem before, and it has been present ever since I installed the DLC almost 24 hours ago.
As a result, I cannot access multiplayer and the main menu greets me with a message that says none of my DLCs could be authorized (I own every prior DLC in addition to the Extended Cut). This results in my single-player saves being unplayable, as well.
In addition to all this, if I launch Origin in offline mode, Mass Effect 3 crashes on startup (???). IN ADDITION, I can't even repair/update the game since yesterday, because it now says I have to be "logged in as an administrator"? I launch Origin as Administrator under Windows 7 anyway, I can't understand what else the client may need.
These numerous issues began after downloading and installing the extended Cut DLC. The game is unplayable, unrepairable and the client refuses to connect to EA servers all of a sudden. It is becoming increasingly frustrating. I would appreciate any help in this matter, and thank you in advance.

I play on the PC and can connect to Origin just fine...but when I load Mass Effect 3 and go to the main menu, it just sits at the "connecting to EA servers" for a while. It eventually allows me to navigate through the main menu, but I am "offline" and it suggests that I try to purchase/redeem an online pass (even though that is not something that PC players can do <_<)
Origin live chat did not help at all. I am hoping that this problem can be fixed soon, especially before my victory and commendation packs expire...
