the game is able to take the stoory driven screenshots for me, but pressing Print Screen does nothing for me.

I've tried binding it do a different key, and  I have an in-game profile and online profile.

Is there something I'm missing?

I have the same problem. Would very much like to have it working .

Yeah, using print screen, they aren't saved to the appropriate 'user' file, instead, I have to paste them into paint.

The easiest solution is to remap the key in the options. You can tie the functionality to any key you like, mine is mapped to F12 (it's close to PrtScr =) ).
