The Catalyst eludes to the 'Unknown Race' designing the Reapers and goes
on to explain how they where the first to be subjected to its solution.
What confuses me is the Catalyst states the 'Unknown Race' was the
first 'True' Reaper so does this mean the 'Unknown Race' never actually
built a Reaper and it was just theory or did they build an actual
machine that the Catalyst used against them instead of it being used to police the other advanced races of the time? In addition to that I was
curious to know if Reapers all follow a similar design or does their
appearance represent the civilization they harvest?? i.e. the Human-Reaper.
