Why should I?

I keep thinking about ME3 and how this has turned out, even with the new ending, and the question I keep asking myself is why should I.

Why should I download 2GB of data onto my Xbox just to have a better ending, that while better than previous, is still one of the worst endings I have ever seen (via youtube)?  The majority of it is just a slideshow with voiceover.

Why should I buy DLC when it doesnt effect the ending at all and my character is going to die?  Its hard to spend money on a character that is already dead.

Why should I buy another Bioware game, when the companies attitude to the community has changed so much?  The months since ME3 release has been met with defening silence on the boards.  If there is no community that the company participates in, I have serious questions about future games.  The brevity of the refusal part doesnt help here either.

Why should I buy another Bioware game, when the last series to have a coherent ending was either Baldur's Gate or Jade Empire.  Those were nearly 10 years ago.  Ten years without a good ending to a game is a long time.

Moving to the future, past the ending fiasco, EA/Bioware is really going to have their work cut out for them to answer questions like these to draw back at least my dollars.  I am guessing others feel the same way as well.

As a customer there's no reason for you to. You feel the way you do.

As a "fan" well... they'll gobble up what's given to them.
