 As it was pre-EC, Destruction has multiple endings depending on your EMS rating. Shepard and Earth could live or die, with varying destruction to Earth, but the Citadel always blows up.

Now, Control is changed depending on your Paragon or Renegade rating, depending on which is more Shepard turn the Reapers into a galactic peackeeping force of good or an all powerful army designed to destroy the galaxy's enemies.

But what about Synthesis? I have heard nothing about changes for that.
So the different endings within the three choices goes

Destruction-3 Control-2 Synthesis-1 ?

I sent a letter to Bioware with a list of things I wanted the EC to contain, Shepard surviving and becoming a "pure" synthetic/organic hybrid in the Synthesis being one of them. But Bioware seemed to want to any Shepard that didn't commit genocide to die.
