So, on my second run I just finished the destroy ending... (After I accidentally shot the star-child on my first run, resulting in the reject ending)

And I gotta say a few things about what I thought about it.

Bioware, Thank you for listening and releasing the EC. You tried to salvage what could be salvaged from this ending, even though it it still completely ****ed up beyond all repair...

You tried, I respect that since you listened to your fans and released the EC.

But the ending still left me with the same feeling (although lessened a tiny bit) as I had the first time I finished the game. The ending is still bad and reminds me even more of the ending Deus Ex: Human Revolution gave us, with the narration at the end... It's still a Deus Ex Machina.

However I am not going to waste the rest of my life hating on this franchise. I will hate the ending for eternity, but I will accept it and I won't go whining about it anymore.

Bioware, I hope you have began plans for the new Mass Effect, since I want to see more of this universe. I am going to miss the characters and the adventure I had with Shepard, because I will probably never play it again, it was a good ride with a sudden stop to the enjoyment.

I can only hope you have learned... May your next Mass Effect game be as good/better than the old ones, so that it may bury the bad memories I have from the old ones.

You tried Bioware, and Mass Effect team... Now learn from this. You will not see another fan backlash like this unless you create another awesome trilogy with a horrible ending, so brainstorm away and give us your best shot!

I will admit I am going to be more sceptical to purchase your games in the future, but at least you show that you listen.

Thank you Bioware, see you when you release the next great game of the decade... (If ever)
