In the unlikely event that any developer reads this post, thank you. I have been a huge fan of Mass Effect since I purchased a 360 just for the first game.

I never joined the whole protest mess at the original ending, but I was dissapointed at what I saw as holes in it, and lack of closure.

Partly to contrast all the new "haters" since yesterdays EC release, and partly just for myself, I want to say "thank you." The extended cut was more than I hoped for, by far.  In my Shepherd's cannon, I chose the destroy ending, and it was just about perfect, also love that with Liara as my love interest there was a short extra dialog before she evacuated on the Normandy.

Anyway, from a true fan, thank you.  The EC leaves me with a true sense of completion to my story that has taken place over several years and hundreds of hours in multiple plays, and I absolutely think you guys all did a great job in rounding out the story.
