NO. Although now I really wish they'd increase number of Reset Cards since I can't immediately level up my character to level 20 after promoting with Character Cards. And don't start with me on Recruit/Veteran packs.

You're missing the point. The reason to buy PSPs is the chance at an Ultra-Rare, it's completely bogus to suggest we give that up. The experience from Rare character cards wasn't the reason to buy PSPs, it was just a nice something that promoters used.

They can make a "character pack" for those who just want cards I guess. But in return, you forfeit all weapon chances including ultra rares. but all 5 slots could be filled with cards for your benefit.

You can't all just come crawling out of the woodwork every time something changes. defending what you prefer BEFORE the change is a real way to show support for something.

You have to experience something to become more experienced with it. If you are not experiencing said thing you are not becoming more experienced with it. Therefore, if you are not experiencing something you should not be getting experience points for it. That's the way experience works see.

This. The times I've raged at the store when it gives me absolutely nothing usable. At least this way I either get a few remaining character customisation options or a nice mrk IV consumable. I'm content with this.

Agreed. I actaully have a reason to buy premium spectre packs again. Since it will be without thinking it's going to be a character card I already have.
