Even if you don't count in the garbage thats the ending, or the lack of the LI reunion. It seems like Bioware really hates Jack in this game. She is the only LI that you don't even get a romance seen with, you get a kiss then she's wisked off till you dance with her later thats it. They put as little in about her as possible, I mean wouldn't it have beeen interesting if a shepard with a Jack LI didn't save the Grissom academy and they had a rival battle when she appeared later instead of Kai Lang, You would have to fight her.

Seriously Bioware you even gave us a moment with Miranda but just said Woops with Jack.
