After installing the EC DLC, I noticed my Alliance war assets dropped from 2577 to 1377. The 1200 assets I had received from MP promotions were nowhere to be found. After making the usual rounds around the ship, I did get a message at the private terminal regarding new war assets from an unofficial N7 team, so I assumed they would then show up. Headed back to the war room, and still no N7 assets. Fortunately I have enough EMS for the best endings without it, but I'm wondering what I can do to recover these assets. I used the auto save right before the attack on the Cerberus base, the same I'd use to check my promotion assets from time to time. The assets were there when I checked right before installing the DLC, and gone when I checked immediately after.

I had the same problem to fix it go to the war room go in to the war assets screen go to your war map (at the bottom of the screen on the right hand side). If you go back to war assets screen it should show.
