I was incredibly disappointed with the original ending, the EC doesn't fix everything but it didn't leave me feeling completely empty about the story when I finished it.

EC - 1.5, I guess? Explanation on some of the sillier elements is cool and all, but the ending is still the same. Some explanation doesn't change that.

porolly a 3-4/10 they made their intentions clearer but the writing was sloppy, poorly structured and lots of plot holes that simply didn't need to be there.

Some unecessary scenes from the original ending degrades the new one and leave plotholes in it. Still good though

I can live with what we've got now, but that's about it.

The ending is still a deus ex machina which is just unacceptable for any talented writer to even think about using. Especially for BioWare.

Not to say I didn't enjoy some of the scenes they added and I know they tried the best they could and would've put stuff like this in the original game if EA hadn't rushed them. It has given some replayability back to the game and I might actually replay ME3 one day. But it by no means makes the ending anywhere close to 'good'.

Original: 1 out 10 (bad enough to upset me)
Post EC: 4 out of 10 (merely disappointing but not enough to get worked up over)

I could give 9 easly if they had done some decent last missions.
Cerberus Base and Earth missions really lacks content, details and variety. Especially after Rannoch/ Tuchanka missions. And i cannot even compare them with Suicide mission in ME2.
