Original: 3 - Not too bad until after Anderson's Death scene.

New: 8 - Plus 7 for improving originals and plus 1 for adding Reject.

Still not how I wanted the Mass Effect series to go down, but I acknowledge the improvements. 8 is a very high rating for these endings because I'm feeling generous.

Why the additional 2? Because they retconned the relay explosion b/c they knew that was the one of the STUPIDEST things to end the series with. Everything else still sucks. Oh and the "Refuse" ending is just to troll the fans.

Not the best, but a bit better than average. The catalyst is now tolerable (almost likable) and his logic at least has a basis. It's more cohesive and the major plotholes are patched up. Smaller ones are introduced, but can be overlooked via suspension of disbelief. It's an improvement, to say the least.

Definitely a 5/10 originally, but now I give the extended cut a 10/10. Loved it, and while there are still some logic flaws, the end of the story (regardless of which ending you choose) finally feels good, which is really all I wanted.

pre EC: 7 - i like endings that are left open for interpretation (could have been better though)

post EC: 10 - i liked it before so the fact that they actually added more makes me happy.
