I'd like to thank Bioware for Mass Effect, the first one that is. I've played it over and over - and I did eventually learn to like ME2 as well and played it several hundreds of hours, too. It was the "being forced to work with Cerberus" that I never liked. Otherwise, it was mostly fun to play (I could overlook my hands getting hurt by it - having arthritis).

Unfortunately, I felt that ME2 was "built" (or how to put it  - I am very tired as I type this, just finished ME3 for so many hours - again - to see the EC) anyhow, ME2 was made in a way that made me believe there was going to be more games than ME3.

I had not been physically able to be online and follow what's been said, so I had built up my own "hype" and really believed in a more TES kind of story, due to the incredible well done Codex. (thumbs up for the Codex - a pity I fooled myself there - but oh well)

I am deeply disappointed in ME3, as it is a very boring game (I have had trouble staying awake, playing it)  but that is what I feel, and I am only speaking for myself.

I realize I was hoping for too much, you did not lie to me as I wasn't on this board. I did hear that all decisions would matter (which I felt would probably be a bit too much to handle). However, I did not expect a game to be filled with fetch quests, and only a couple of missions that didn't get me sleepy (occasionally, I fell asleep even while in battle).

All games are repetitive (I think it would be an impossible task to make it any another way), but the journal, the extraodrinary boring fetch quests and scanning (I've never been much for scanning in any of the games), among many other things, made me not like ME3. I'm sorry to say that, but that is what I feel.
(and unfortunately, I feel the EC was not worth all these hours with ME3 - but thanks for trying and at least give people who wasn't pleased with the ending a chance. That was a nice thing to do/try - or however anyone may feel)

I will, however keep ME3, in case a friend or family would like to play it. ;-)

Anyway, as this is getting too long and whiny now; all in all, I feel 2 out of 3 ain't bad.

I do want to thank you for especially the first Mass Effect, and i will probably play it again, and …yes, probably ME2 as well.

So, thank you for the good times you have given me with these two (several hundreds of hours).

All the best,
an old Swede, who will now move on.
