Hi there! Most of you who are having DLC problems have either purchased or received the game from overseas.
There are a few annoying steps involved in fixing the issues but please bear with me as we go through the process of fixing your DLC:
(These steps assume you already have a Dragon Age Social Network account :P)
=============================================================
Glossary

psn = Playstation Network (how you connect online on your PS3)

=============================================================
"WELCOME TO THE 9 STEPS TO FREEDOM"

(1) Find out where your game was purchased. Hong Kong, Australia, Poland, USA, etc.

**HINT**
It has come to my attention how to locate the particular psn account required for the process to work. With the Redemption codes, just to the bottom right of the last part of the serial, the following is an example of what you should see  "BDA-HKPS3KEY".  "[THIS IS VARIABLE TO THE CONTENTS CODE. EG Blood Dragon Armour has BDA. Shale has SHALE]   -  HK <---------   [represents the country or region's code]  PS3KEY". The region then found is where the key is valid! As shown the HK refers to Hong Kong. Therefore that would be the country required to be found as part of step (1).

*CAREFUL NOTE*
As far as I can tell, from users and such, the redemption codes MUST correspond to the version of the game. Example:  Australian game needs Australian redemption codes or as previously stated a Hong Kong game needs Hong Kong keys. If this is not the case please mention it but at the moment we are suspicious this is the case.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION [NEW!!!]
My interpretation of the code mostly alligns to the asian region apparently over my experience in the 4 months on here. Be smart in your interpretations of the codes and be logical in your reasoning of the countries. Generally where you bought the game is the country you need to use in (1). If codes seem random and unrecognisable you are most likely in Europe or America and therefore should trial and error with countries in those regions. The alternative is to pinpoint a selected psn such as your default country and supply EA Support with your code, prove your ownership and ask for a code corresponding to the default psn. In my opinion that is the quick fix and EA should heed this advice as well as contact me to keep me up to date so I can help as many people as possible.

(2) Make a PSN account for the particular country's psn, go to any country's psn website, then sign up and select the account for the country you needed to find in (1)  as part of the procedure.

(3) Go through all the sign up procedures but I'd suggest using a different email to your normal psn account, if you don't have a second one, ask your parents or make a new hotmail account, then use that.

There are two possibilities at this point:
-Make a new SUB account OR
-Make a new master account

I recommend the master account but both have been successful! TRY BOTH WAYS IF ONE FAILS (which could unfortunately require a 3rd hotmail account)

(4) Once your new psn account is made, go to your ps3 and make a new user (only one psn account can be used per user, therefore this is necessary). Name it whatever you want.

(5) Sign into the psn on your new user, using the account you JUST made in (2)-(3).

(6) Start up Dragon Age on that user and you will be asked to sign into the dragon age servers. Sign in with your Dragon Age Social Network account (the one you are using to look at this post).

(7) On the left, if you have already claimed the codes for the online content, it should say "New downloadable content available!" So go to the 'Downloadable Content" tab and the list should now pop up. Enjoy the enduring process of continously going back and forth downloading each content :)

(8) You may then switch back to you default psn user and account. Enjoy!

**NOTE**
DO NOT DELETE THE USER MADE IN (4). There have been reports deleting the user MAY corrupt the DLC.

(9) Please post your happiness. All feedback is welcomed! Image IPB

*PLEASE NOTE* [Disclaimer]
I do not take any responsibility for Bioware or EA taking any action in consequence for following these steps.

EXTRA INFO

ALSO on another note as far as users said to me, the steps help download content that was redeemed via codes included except for Warden's Keep, I do not have that content and therefore am unable to assist. Maybe if someone finds a way to fix it please mention it and I will add it to the list of solutions alongside a large mention of your golden name(s).

[Claim of Plagiarised posting]
ALSO,
Someone or person has complained that I plagiarised Vnet1's post in the topic Redeem Codes- Need Help!
Truth is I just noticed that post last night whilst browsing around and want to mention I didn't even realise someone had posted that. I did not plagiarise and I worked out these steps by myself.

If one of your codes did not redeem properly, contact customer support and they can manually add the entitlement to your account.

With regards to the region protection, I only know that that the European regions and Australian regions share the same DLC packages. North America and Asia also share DLC packages. This is part of Sony's copy protection system and I'm not all that familiar with the specifics of how it works. Based on what other users are saying, creating a new account in the region of your game disk has allowed people to download the DLC. Once downloaded to the PS3 I believe it can be accessed by any of the PSN accounts on that system, so there shouldn't be the need to create the sub-account Fiffy mentions.
