Typhoon7150 my problem is the same i registered codes on bioware site because they didnt seem to work in game. In game it says no dlc at this time please check back later blah,blah,blah. On this site...(Bioware) i checked my registered game promos for my ps3 and it says dragon age origins shale and blood dragon armour. how do i get in game? please help... they expire in april...

Same here, its listed in em Entitled Promotions. I am wondering if its something to do with the fact my PSN account and my EA account use different email addresses but to be honest the Blood Armour worked fine so it makes no sense.

Anyway I have opened a support ticket with EA.

@Ancientonez my code on my Shale voucher starts the same as the Blood Armour which worked. It starts EAE and ends in K. I assume both are UK, my game is a UK game and bought in the UK via EA directly.

Out of desperation created a new UK account on PSN and signed in using my Bioware Social access details as you said, DLC for The Stone Prisoner is still not listed, its not on the list as per with my main PS3 account.

Its definitely a UK code. Oh well.

My DLC problem lies in the fact that it tells me to put in the code shows me the dlc and i cant do anything it only lists it under the game what do i do coz i only have untill aprill

BTW my game is from singapore... bought on ebay... A few times when i put the code in it said already been used which is more confusing... hope i didnt confuse you there...

If you're getting the problem with the code and the game was meant to be sold in Singapore then odds are you may be on the wrong PSN region for it to work. >.> If im understanding that to be right. DLC is region locked.

For example, say you brought Uncharted 2 from Europe and you live in Japan. Your PSN is for Japan (based on the address you entered on signup) and it came with a DLC code. When you entered the cold it will show up as invalid or already used because that code is not for that region. You would have to sign up for a European PSN account and enter the code there for it to work. Makes sense?

Same here, they told me to delete my save data and game data, which i did and it solved nothing. 
anyways to reiterate, i redeemed my Stone Prisoner code which come with the game (this is the first DLC i downloaded BTW), and it didnt do anything, they took my redeem code and Stone Prisoner just simply disappear from DLC menu. redeemed my blood dragon armor and it work perfectly. i also purchased and downloaded warden's keep, which i managed to finish (this is before i realized the problem as i thought that my Stone Prisoner is installed). I have also purchased and download return of Ostagar, which i havent played and downloaded other items such as Embri's many pocket and War Mage Amulet. I didnt realized that Stone Prisoner is not unlocked until this weekend when i tried to purchase the control rod from felix and it just forward me to PSN store. i was confused of this and started to look around the forum only to find other people having the same problem.

:/ That stone prisoner problem is indeed unfortunate then. Honestly, I don't what it is but I've heard more problems about stuff surrounding this game more so than anything else released in recent memory.

tbo-art, not much you can do, we are all suffering the same fate with EA appearing to do little even when you raise a support ticket.

all they can say is that they would escalate the issue since those brainless chat bot really dont know the solution to this. although i have pointed out that maybe the problem is because EA server havent send the confirmation to PSN server that we own the DLC. really, is it that hard to solve?

I just want to make sure it isn't country related because I'm not sure what country my game copy comes from.

i'm from Belgium and I purchased both PS3 & Game in a belgian Store (had Dutch manuals) and so forth.
I got EA to add my DLC content from shale onto my bioware / EA account.
Yet it still hasn't downloaded... Those 'tards told me to delete all my content and reinstall which didn't help and corrupt most of my savefiles. Also I decided to reformat my PS3 to check for myself and it didn't help either... on top of that lost my lvl 22 Rogue :'( it's just a game not rly crying

So What I'm trying right now is making a Dutch account from the Nehterlands just to be sure it's not related to that.

Just for infowise what I see for codes at the bottem of the Shale flyer is the following: EAH03806313K any other "codes" I'm seeing are the Keycode but that's redeemed and as previous posts noted not needed.

Edit: account from the Netherlands didn't help.... Can you please help me? On that code is no B so I doubt it's belgium

This problem is a serious pain my game is from singapore so i got free blood dragon dlc from psn store seeing as my in box code wont work and the download from psn store blood dragon armour no show in game...

guys mess around with EA. give them a way to help you. eg. u hav an australian game but the dlc doesn't activate then get EA to give you an aus one. just prove you have a valid code and it should be fine. BE smart with tech support

i've had the shale problem aswell, had DA:O for about 2 weeks now unable to download it, logged on just this minute and lo and behold it was finally in the DLC list , so thanks to bioware for sorting it out finally

I entered the two codes that came with the PS3 version, I cannot download them!!! I go to the DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT, there is NO OTHER TAB to see what I have unlocked from entering these codes!!!! It does say that I have redeemed them on the webpage here but does not say that I can download them or does not give me anyother info, Just shows that I have enterd a code for the Fury of shale and the Blood Dragon Armor.... Help>>???

Tried to download but never saw any conformation that it worked. It went right back to the main menu. Tried it again and now says my codes are invalid. It doesn't show up on the downloadable content list either. I tried to download before I created an account here and I'm not sure if that is part of the problem.

Additionally, I've read where there is supposed to be a link on the main menu to log in to my account, but I don't have that either. I have a PS3 - am I missing something here?

I bought the game from US and live in oz. Had all the same issues and set up a US PSN account worked fine. Now I have two issues.



1. I upgraded the HDD in the playstation yesterday. Had backup and everything. When I went to play DA, it siad that the downloaded content (shale,Blood Armour) was corrupt. So I deleted the Game data, reinstalled it and went to download Shale and BA again, but it wasn';t available for download??? Any thoughts?



2. Also Can anyone tell me, if I want to download content from the OZ pSstore will it work? EA said I would have to get from US, except I can't do that because I don't have a credit card registered there? EA should be reamed for this DLC rubbish.

c_corbs, as I said, us game needs us dlc which needs to go through a us psn.
