Well... I am not quite sure if my problem is related to this one... since I bought my game at a local store... but I basicaly have the same problem as My_Katamari... witch is that once that I enter the codes it won't download at all... there's no download tab, and even that the «Stone Prisoner» content had disappear from the list...

Guys can you advise what my problem is, I've managed to unlock and download the 'Shale' content but my Blood Armor refuses to accept the code in game. Once I'd setup my BioWare web account I've tried to Redeem the promo code but it's now coming up saying the codes have already been used. Can you help or let me know who I need to contact to help resolve the issue???

If the connection to the Bioware server is fine (the stats of the character are always updated), how is it possible that in the downloaded content of ps3 all the collector's edition redeemed codes disappeared? They're present here in the site in the registered promotions....
They wrote to me to turn off the modem, to delete the save data file, to turn off the modem firewall, to change the account. I tried everything they said but nothing changed....

It would be soo much easier if they just gave us a Playstation Store code, then we can go to the PSN store and download it directly instead of downloading it in the game.

Since there is a lot of post here not sure if this has been discussed, but I think this could be the solution to many of you. I have my fingers cross hoping it works.
Martin: This issue may be due corrupt game save files. Before deleting files I'll advise you to transfer your game save files to a memory card and once you have copied the files on the memory card, delete the game save files from the console hard disk.. You will need to remove game related save data by following the below given steps:-
1. Press the PS button on the controller to enter the PLAYSTATION 3 XBM (XrossMediaBar).
2. Select the Game tab.
3. Select the Save Data Utility and press the X button.
4. Delete the file related to the game

This is the most damned frustrating thing. My accounts are connected because they have my character info/stats and my bioware account says I redeemed the codes but they don't show up on my DLC in the game.

BioWare needs to give us the option to DL directly from the PS store that way we can install it like the other addons that one buys. Problem solved.

Wen through EA's live chat help, they had me shut down my modem for 2 minutes and delete the history on my PS3 internet browser. It did absolutely no good. I wish the instructions had said to enter the code on the game screen, it sounds like no one had a problem using it that way....

I am having the same problem as well...I am getting to the point where I am going to threaten to return my copy and never buy an EA product again. This is so tedious that it is giving me a headache. I do everything they tell me to do..and nada, zip, and zilch.

EA told me to shut my modem off for two mins (doesn't work), forward ports (already done), or to check my "connectivity" by creating another account........

I am having major problems with this, have followed all the wlakthrouhs and opened the relevant accounts plus entered my codes. I now have listed on this site that i should have access to shale and the armor, these do not appear in my game main menu for download though. Not only this but I got so fed up with it I went and payed $23 for the shale expansion in the PSN store, download it, install it and still the quest giver tells me i must download the content. I am super frustrated and would like some help. I tried downloading the feast day packs also which don't show up in game, I am on the verge of returning the game and making the biggest complaint of my life to EA and Bioware, never have i had so much trouble with a PS3 game or any other game for that matter.

Hey guys I have the following problem.
I'm from germany and use a german PSN account to play games on my PS3.
I bought the US-Collector's Edition of DA and registered the bonus codes all here on the Bioware Social Network.
When I log on to my US PSN account and start the game and log in with my social network account I don't have the bonus DLC I got from the CE, it is not avalible for download OR purchase BUT the stone prison isn't listed (sure I have registered it <.< ).
What did I wrong ?

Guys for the 34583095830th time, be careful with where you THINK the game is from. There have been cases of games bought in the UK with a Singaporean DLC code... therefore the account to make would NOT be UK but would in fact be Singapore. Like I said in the past, verify your code with EA and ask for another one for your specific psn. If EA doesn't let you then you got a long road of researching your code till you pinpoint where it came from.

All my problems was solved just by looking this forum page. EA or Bioware should employ Ancientonez since he got the answer to fix their game problem for alot of people...and since their chat service didnt help... Anyway, my game and codes was from HK (Hong Kong), and all i had to do was make a HK psn acount on other profile to the downloads shows for me. Thanks again for the help Ancientonez.

Oh yeah and i activated shale DLC redeem code direct from inside the game. After that the dragon armor and the other items codes i got on my game i redeem then direct from my account here on computer. Then i turned on the ps3 and they all shows purchased and ready to download for me on the download content page.

And i did all the download and install from my Hong Kong account like i said before. After that i got out of that profile and all the stuff was ready to be used on the other profile i use to play. Hope this helps anyone.

Aphelion , the place where you buy the game doenst matter much. What you have to look as far as i understand its look the area disc of the game (you know: 2 for europe, 1 for USA, 3 for Asia, 4 To latin america). Mine i looked up and was area 3 (asia of course). Then i looked up the codes and the had the HK thing in front and after looked around i realize that means Hong Kong. Then i made a psn account and other profile on the Hong Kong psn and all the stuff was there.

Actually the place where you game is from matters if you want buy more add content, since i think you can only get then from the psn your game country is from. But i dont know this for sure.

That made the shale download desapear from the download content screen and never showed up again. The code was sucefull registraded since i looked on my account here and was fine. After i understand all the region issue i made a new profile and a Hong Kong account and when i logged on dragon age servers the game showed up a screen for me to put my email registred here on EA Bioware account profile so i could get my free stuff. NOW I wonder if when this screen poped up in your new profile and psn USA account you put in the psn USA email registraded to login on your new psn account instead the email registrade on you account on EA/BIOWARE account. As far as i know and worked with me, you need to put in the email registrade on EA/Bioware account, foruns,etc and not the new one you made for your new profile/psn network. If you did that you probably screwed up the downloads since i remember the screen shows in the game tell you to dont make a error on that information. If you did that error you probably gonna need to contant EA/Bioware suport to ask to fix that.

I wonder if pleople dont register this thing right they can mess up the download content for good... I dont know...thank God mine worked.
