SOLUTION TO THE DLC PROBLEM

1- Look the region of the codes and not only the game region. Look if in front of the codes you got some letters saying the codes is for USA psn. Mine for examples says (HK) meaning its for use on the Hong Kong psn.
2- Make sure that when the game poped up the first time the download registration windows to register the account email you put in the right email (In my case i put the email register on my Ea/Bioware account). My game didnt poped up this screen on the profile i play. This window just showed on my game ONCE and when i logged in the first time on the game using my new Hong Kong psn/account (same country of my game and codes).
3- I was reading the posts here and i noticed people that had some problems for not registered the shale DLC from inside game instead coming and register on the website. I registered my shale DLC in game not here direct on the website. The rest of the items codes i did here so i dont know if that is a true problem.
4- You can use the DLC downloads on the profile you actually play after they are installed (assuming the profile you downloaded the stuff its not the same you use to play and you just use that one to get your free stuff with a match psn/code account). Be aware to NOT erase the profile you used to download the DLC stuff since i see people says that can corrupt information on the game.
Good luck.
P.S: I DONT KNOW ABOUT PC AND XBOX VERSIONS. I PLAY THE PS3 VERSION.

A few weeks ago someone (Saffron?) suggested that buying the Feast Day items would "unstick" the DLC menu. On principle I didn't want to have to buy something to possibly get something that I was already owed. However, eventually I rationalized, "I would probably have bought them anyway, so what could it hurt?" I bought them and as soon as I installed them, all of my missing downloads appeared in the DLC menu and I was finally able to download them. Now that they have been downloaded once, they are listed in my Playstation Store downloads, in case I should have to reinstall.
Now, I am left to wonder what will happen if/when I earn another free item or get another redemption code? (e.g., Embri's Many Pockets) Will that item appear correctly, or will I have to buy some other content to "unstick" it first? What if there is no new content to buy?
Overall, Bioware's support people were polite, but they clearly didn't understand the issue(s). Given the number of different experiences related here, it seems that their whole content distribution and registration system is very fragile, both across regions and within one region.

If codes are redeemed simply start the game, go to downloadable content and download Shale and Blood Armor of Pwnage (status should be "purchased" or smtg like that) via PS3 store. And then istall it and voila.

yea but when i do that, they don't show up in the downloadable content, just like those feast day packages and a few others, but no shale or blood dragon armor...
Hmm...strange. Maybe because they're downloading or even already downloaded. Are they showing in your game? If not, you must install them first. Check download manager first and second check if Shale icon ready to install doesn't show below or under (don't remember) your Dragon Age icon in games folder.
This is really strange because even if your codes are not properly redeemed, Shale an Dragon Armor should be visible in the downlodable content.

I MIGHT have purchased this addon had it not been seemingly forced on me in this way.
I spoke to their customer service (as many have) and given a horrible cookie cutter answer of how they are aware of the issue and DICE is working on it. UNREAL. NO WAY should customers wait this long for a fix. Not when there is a potential solution in giving away the feastday pack for free.
Do I get to play part of the game for a couple weeks without paying... because of bank error? I think not...

I redeemed both codes. Nothing happened immediately, except that the Shale mission was no longer on sale. Next time I played, I had the Dragon Armor available for download, but not the Shale mission!
It is still available in the Playstation Store, but not directly from the Dragon Age Downloadable Content.
I dont want to pay $14.99 for something I can get for free!
What could be the problem?
The dragon armor and Shale mission both came in the same cardboard coupon.

My issue with this seems to be solved ... cue ominous music ... for now. My game was US, the DLC codes were US, my PSN account was US, and I was playing from within the US. On first glance, this thread should not apply to me, because there were no country/region mismatches. Regardless, some items that were registered to my account (Collector's Edition DLC, Amulet of the War Mage) were not showing up to be downloaded in the DLC menu.
A few weeks ago someone (Saffron?) suggested that buying the Feast Day items would "unstick" the DLC menu. I seem to be in the same situation as you....everything I have is US as well and the Stone Prisoner and Blood Dragon DLC is not showing (the Stone Prisoner DLC actually disappeared from the list when I entered the code). I am going to purchase the "Feast Day" pack this evening and see if that fixes it, because like you I would have likely bought it anyways. I really hope it works and I'll post my results.

Yeah Salax2 if you could please post your results, I am in the Exact same boat as LordCorusa and yourself it sounds like so I would be willing to just pay the dam 3 dollars to get 15 worth, I know I shouldnt have to , but Im really just sick of messing with this crap, I know I also shouldnt have to deal with that either, but sometimes things on paper just dont work the way you think.
Success!! The suggestion made to purchase the "Feast Day" package worked! After installing it, the other two missing DLC's (Shale and Dragon Armor) were both present. $3 was a small price to pay for getting this finished.
The tech support was pretty much useless (a bunch of cookie cutter answers). However, they did finally give me the link to this forum which did fix the problem (@ my cost). I hope this helps....Good Luck!

Exact same problem here.: All the same (US) country codes, downloads done in game but Shale and Armor never showed up, they were listed in my information on this site but not in the dlc area of the game, tech support had me jumping through hoops to no avail.
So, I hated doing it but I shelled out $3 for the feastday combo pack and lo and behold everything finally is in the dlc screen. I'm downloading The Stone Prisoner now and will download the armor next. So it looks like this "fix" works for some of us. Still mad at Bioware/EA for not getting it right and having me do a bunch of unnecessary stuff including spending money for the "free" stuff though.

It's the principle of the matter, dammit. I shouldn't have to buy more DLC to fix the DLC I already have. It might sound dumb to some of you, but I'd rather my saved games not load because my DLC doesn't show up in my DLC menu, therefore not play the game at all, and tell everyone I can about it, than give them any more of my hard earned money, especially when it's JUST to fix some sort of important bug that has been around for a bit. If this were a balance issue, I'd cut them a little slack, at least the game and the DLC works. But those things DON'T WORK, and I just can't justify spending one more dime on Bioware/EA until they demonstrate that they didn't already charge me damn near $100 for a broken product. 'cause that's how it looks now.
If all it takes is buying the Feast Day pack, then they ought to send out codes to the people that are having these problems and submit tickets (like myself, and hundreds of others). In the meantime, I'll be playing something else. That works. And probably not buying anymore Bioware/EA products until I stop feeling like a sucker.

Does PS3 store allow you to download Shale for free? It should. Just try to download it from PS3 store for free.
