I never claimed anything yet.. like almost everyone here who seem to have the same problem I never saw the shale or bda dlc on the dlc tab in game after redeeming the code. So I'm pretty sure I haven't downloaded anything dlc-wise.

I have the u.s copy of the game, I got my slim here in the U.S. and registered on psn.

I also can't find the serial number that the first post talks about, there is nothing like that on my game box , or on the card with the DLC codes on it.



I really want to get Shale before the April 30 expiration date, so any other ideas would be great.

If u entered the code correctly, it should put you back at the dlc screen. if you try to enter it again, it will say invalid code.

Go to your profile -> registered game promotions and see if the shale and bda is tied with your account.

Also I think one of the bioware staff said that they won't expire the codes at Apr.30 if you entered it right?

It appears that there are two issues, and I have the same issue as you.  Summary, they don't expire the codes, and if you've redeemed the codes (as shown on your profile page) you don't have to worry.  I just wish Bioware would get off their a-- and do something like a) disable the festday packs that caused the problem (guess they want ever last couple of dollars from us), give us codes to the festday packs to let us d/l all our content, or c) create a d/l package for us to use, since it appears our problem ISN't the authorization, but the lack of data on our system.

If the OP is still around, can you help me? first, I have no idea how to find out where the game is from, I checked the DLC code, but it has nothing like the code you mention, just the code for the dlc, no clue on where it came from, it does say in the back that the disc was created in the US, my psn account is from the Us, so don't really know what to do. Help?

As I said in the other thread, no. Getting Return to Ostagar and Warden's Keep didn't fix my problem. And getting Feastday's combo BEFORE redeeming the codes don't prevent the problem either.

Yeah I tried Warden's Keep first and it did not help/ Fear_Me_All said he got it with just the gifts so if you want to try that perhaps you all can help some folks save a buck.

I was actually told by support that I should delete any saved content, since the problem was probably on my end (this was after 3+ weeks of working to get my codes unlocked). So, now I've deleted 30+ hrs of gameplay and I still don't have the DLC I paid for.

Then they told me this is a known issue and I should just "wait it out." 

And now I find this thread with a bunch of convoluted directions about making new accounts in order to access my DLC...

I feel like I've been duped. Never again.

I'm through with BioWare.

My problem is that I already downloaded the Stone Prisoner but it never installed : ( and I would try the solution mentioned but I already bought and installed Wardens Keep and Return to Ostagar through PSN on the front page of the game. If I delete my profile, won't my other DLC's be deleted? I don't want to lose the money I paid on this user account on the DLC's for these two just to get Stone Prisoner. Or do the DLC's transfer to a new user name if I create one that I paid for?

I can't confirm this method; currently any time I try to connect to Dragon Age in-game it pops up "Please try again." and that's it. >.<

Kinda frustrating that a big company like EA has these issues for so long; I mean the expansion is OUT already and they still haven't fixed pre-expansion DLC issues.

--Connected to DA:O now, and none of my DLC appears.  All I'm told is it's an 'unknown issue with the PS3 being worked on'

lol.

--Update 2:  Bought the Feastday combo pack, DLC appears.

ammar_syed: I don't think you can get it changed, but you can always call and try. Sony's Tech support is known for being polite, if unable to help much

Mine won't work either, it says it has already been claimed but it said invalid the first time I tried to redeem it and it isn't tied to my account, what happened? I can't play Origins until I get The Stone Prisoner.

Well then, I'll try it.
I have a PSN Account for the USA and one for germany. Right now, I am in germany. I have also bought my Dragon Age in germany. It included DLC Codes for the Blooddragon Armor and the Shale Quest. I tried to redeem them with my main account, the one running on my USA Adress. Nothing happened.
So I figured the codes are region lockend and tried to redeem them with the german account - and got the error message that the DLC Code is not correct.

Any solution for that?

I also entered the code for the blood dragon armor and never got it, additionally, once I completed DAO I tried to import my character into DAA who was armed w/ Starfang and Duncans' dagger, as well as the warden commander armor and the griffon helmet my character appeared wearing only the helmet and armed only with duncans' dagger has anyone else had this happen?

I purchased and downloaded ALL of the DLC successfully, even played through some of the DLC. However, since then my system keeps "freezing" during game play. I also updated my system software to version 3.30 about the same time, so I don't have a clue which software is corrupt. Anyone having similar problems? Anyone have a solution? Neither Sony or EA tech support have offered any solution. I'm so frustrated, I'm about to pawn the whole damn thing and invest in an X-Box 360!!
