We have a huge thread about this, it´s the 3.30 firmware, and a patch that makes DA:O fully compatible again is expected these days

GOOD NEWS!

There is a patch that will be available starting tonight that should fix the problems you are having with missing free DLC from the in-game store. You can read mroe about the patch here: http://social.biowar...8/index/2645196

My Blood armor code was redeemed without a problem here on the website, but when I tried to redeem my Fury of Shale code later using the in-game options it just told me the key was bad. This morning I tried the code again, but on the website, and it told me that the code had already been used... I bought a UK game and I live in Spain, could this even be causing the problem? Or should I just contact the shop were I got my version of the game from?

My problem hasn't been solved yet either with patch 1.02 (I'm in Europe)



I have both the Shale and Dragon Age armor associated with my account (Visible from this website under "Registered game promotions") but they are unavailable in the game.

No DLC shows up at all. If I log in under a different username, I can see all the DLC and even buy them.



I tried reinstalling it, deleted all save and game data, but the problem persists. I'm open for ideas on what to try.

i think i had thesame problem because i wasnt sure what to do anyway have you already download your dlc's ? if you have next step make sure you install it then start a new and check your inventory for 1 piece of the blood armour if you see it then you got it.

So basically nothing changed between version 1.01 and 1.02

I never downloaded it before. I only redeemed the code inside DA:O and it never showed up in the DLC window. It looks as the image I linked above.

This is the error message I get:

where did you redeem your code? best place usually from ingame or from your ps3 account.

I did it ingame as I wrote in the above post. Also it doesn't matter where I did it, because the content is associated with my account as I said in my first post.
Sorry that I'm a bit direct with this. But I think I gave all this information already.
 Also I'm very disappointed in BioWare, I bought the game new, because I didn't want to spend the money on the Shale DLC, but now it looks like I have to anyway to play it.

Internet connection is working. I'm logged into PSN and I can play online multiplayer games or visit the store.

Well, it's nice that there is a patch, but as expected it didn't help me at all. Well, I guess it's best I just forget abotu the DLC that came with my game (and again: another negative example for this kind of distribution... why can't they just put this stuff on the disc, instead of putting codes into the box? Jeez...)

Dlc from germany won't work on a USA disk. end of story. USA DLC should

It has come to my attention how to locate the particular psn account required for the process to work. With the Redemption codes, just to the bottom right of the last part of the serial, the following is an example of what you should see  "BDA-HKPS3KEY".  "[THIS IS VARIABLE TO THE CONTENTS CODE. EG Blood Dragon Armour has BDA. Shale has SHALE]   -  HK <---------   [represents the country or region's code]  PS3KEY". The region then found is where the key is valid! As shown the HK refers to Hong Kong. Therefore that would be the country required to be found as part of step (1).

Where do you find the serial key exactly?! on the cover of the game? is it part of the redemption code??! or on the back of the game disc?

Generally this would be found on additional pieces of paper found within the cd case, showing each individual bonus on offer. However, I think this bonus dlc is no longer available, therefore you won't find the serial key. If you do have it though, it will be part of the redemption code.

2 weeks ago I bought the game.

Inside the sealed box came the following:

- Game Manual

- Game BluRay Disc

- Promotional sheet with two pages, one for the blood dragon armor and one for the stone prisoner. Each page had its 16 digit promotional code.



Is the serial you are talking about on the case or?

Again, sorry for being thick but I did everything I can think of to no avail.

If so, I'm experience the same problem for months. Registered the codes; they show up on Social Bioware on what I can only assume to be the same login as I use for my PSN account. (Same mail, same online ID)



No help from EA, just some indian minimum-wagers trying their best to push me through their prescripted non-solutions.

the codes refer to are actually inside that white box as dlseth showed in the pictures, obviously it's been photoshopped and editted but I'll happily FINALLY show mine tonight when I get home I'll take photos and show you guys.

Wouldn't want anyone to get their hands on my DLC...

Funny thing is; Blood Dragon armour works fine... In Mass Effect 2...

Still no go in DA:O on the PS3 though. But I'm tempted to buy the PC version anyways; I figure I can mangle around with installers enough so that it will work on the PC... Eventually...
