I have the same issue and none of the fixes have worked. They have told me to delete the saves etc, which i did because i would rather start again with the dlc then not have it. But nothing has worked. Ea have told me that the codes i have, have been claimed against my account. But i have zero dlc displayed on my account. Anybody else have a fresh idea??

I was wondering, and i may be way off track here, but is it possible that my disc is causing the error?



As i'm out of idea's and ea have yet to give me any fixes on the issue. i'm going to borrow a different copy of the disc and give that a go.

Well i borrowed a different copy of the disc, both purchased from the same shop, and with the borrowed disc i have access to all the DLC. But when my copy of the game is back in the console i loose acces to it all again. The support team where so ever fast with their responses when they thought that it was as simple as deletion of my files, now that the problem lies else where i haven't heard anything for 2 days. NOT HAPPY EA!!!!

I had a an acount on this for my computer that i used to log in and a different acount i had already signed in on on the ps3, it wont let me switch to my other acount on the ps3 to download the blood dragon armor wich i already used to the code for on my acount on here. i tried logging on to this acount on the ps3 and it wont let me

Hi everyone;
I bought my dragon age in UK and I bought the dlc at a american PSN. I tried create other user with other country, but it work only with the free dlc ( that I bought again at american account).
I want to play all dlc I had buy. Please, some help ! I am very sad with this situation, I never had this problem in ps3 .

I need some clarification on the region protected DLC thing. I live in India with an European PS3 (Retail Stores seem to stock only European games aswell)

I recently bought the game Saints Row 2 (Asian version) online and noticed that the DLC available in the PSN Store was for only the European versions and was clearly stated in the description. Some "BLES" code it was talking about

However when checking out Dragon Age DLC such as Witch Hunt & Awakening (some were missing), no such restriction was mentioned so I thought it must be universal. However clearly that is not the case. I will try and get the Ultimate Edition of Dragon Age but in case I do not, to prevent any hassle I should just download all DLC from my EUROPEAN PSN Account right?

One final thing. The online store I bout my game from is Play-Asia and all their games are stated as "NO REGION PROTECTION". Does this mean any and all DLC will work?

Hi there... a little help please folks.



I am in the UK, but have a US version of the game.



I set us a US PSN profile and a new user and finally can see downloadable content.



HOWEVER, when I set up this new PSN account I had to put in a US address (i used some random address found on the net) and when I'm trying to download content from the Playstation Store my credit card is obviously registered to an address in the UK not the US...



So how am I meant to get the content from the US PSN account if I can't actually buy anything from the DLC store once I log on to the game anyway?

I'm unsure if pc dlc is tranferrable to ps3...... at least not with the same code.

I've stated many many times. Games region must correspond with the psn dlc. USA game, USA DLC. Sometimes you might be lucky to get away with it but its the default go to method of fixing the problem.

I bought the game and i insert the code and all ok... i can see the promotion codes on website...

But i cant download the content bla bla...



Mine account is from Portugal and i think mine game is from EUA... because on box have a message "Disc made on the USA".



I tried to create a psn usa account and when i put the code says a message of error

Like: Invalid code.





what can i do?

even though the disc is made in USA, doesn't mean the game itself (the copy) is from USA. try UK. if the game is from europe that's generally where it starts shipping from.

I also cannot get a list of downloadable content. I searched many web sites but I could not find out any clue.



I saw thousands of people who cannot get the list and claim it.

But they cannot solve it.

I don't know if this forum is still active. And by god I f'in hope it is. Brand spanking new DA Awakening. Turns out the POS is BLAS...Hong Kong or some ****. Tried your fix. Open DA. Log on to the server. Choose Download Content, and only pre-downloaded DLC is there. Can't even re-download them and there is no "New Downloadable Content" thing in the lower corner. This is completely ****ed. Hong Kong game from a god damn Australian game shop. So pissed at Bioware.

I had the same problem. I've got the Singapore version of the game, though I wish I knew this before I bought the game. But my problem is that I bought the awakening expension via the PSN network on my normal (European) PSN account. But when I opened DA:O it wasn't visible. So I tried to do this trick, but PSN tells me I have to rebuy it, which makes sense but still sucks.



Does anyone know a way to be able to play awakening without having to buy it again?

I downloaded the DLC to Dragon Age Origins and did like the redeemcode description said. i downloaded this so i could unleash the stone prisioner shale. and it worked on my Bioware acount and it stood that "you have unlocked the stone prisioner" then i went in the game and was looged in and didn't see anything at the download progress etc. WHAT'S WRONG!?

I'm so frustrated, I ordered DAO through Amazon in Januaray sold by SoftwareHouse. So now that I've had the game near about a month now I've played it quite a bit. I was stuck at some point I kept dying and decided I wanted better armor so I went ahead and did what it said on the DBA sheet...and...nothing. I was so frustrated that night I couldn't even go to sleep. I tried Shale in hopes that I would at least get that. Again to no avail. I've sense read this thread over and over again and looked through my DAO case and I see NOTHING indicating where my game originated from. The only thing that looks like it could be a serial number on my DBA and Shale sheets both have EAE at the beginning and a K(for Shale) and K2(for DBA) at the end. and a series of 7 numbers in the middle. I dont know maybe I'm just stupid or something but I'm so frustrated and tired I would appreciate the help.

OKay wait I noticed a BLES number on the spine of my game.  And just recently I looked at my game data utility and noticed a file labled "Version 1.06" I looked and its a patch for the Witch Hunt DLC, which I dont have but the patch is their.  The thing is It looks like the patch is only for Europe right now and BLES is from Europe.  So does that mean my game originated from Europe?

Okay never mind all my noobish questions IT WORKED. I wasn't too sure if my game was from the UK tell I read the fine print of one of the sheets and said "Only Valid in the EU" so that was the deal breaker. Then of course I was leery of making a UK account cause of the address issue but I did it and I got my DBA and Shale at last. Thank you so much for posting this otherwise I would have never gotten them.

Okay I'm glad I got the DBA and Shale DLC's but now I wish the other DLC's worked.  Since I got no way of purchasing anything from the UK store without some sort of card I'm tempted to just sell my copy to Gamestop or FYE all together and get another copy thats actually in this reigon.  Money is tight for me right now however so I dont excatly know when I'll be able to do that.  Oh well, one problem solved but I'm so exasperated by all this I dont think I'll be playing DAO for awhile.  Again though thanks for posting this
