Ugh, I've been trying with the techies for the last four days. I must admit, Customer Support has been determined but nothing is helping yet.

Ignoring the fact I'm double posting since really the last response was to Fifty-Of-Them, I need to ask advice on one of my steps. I just realised I think Step (2) may be unnecessary cause when you try to sign up you have to select the region's country anyway..... Can someone just tell me if I'm right or the steps should remain as they are???

Methinks you don't really need Step 2 - the website you sign up on has no effect on your account's region.

Meh!!! I bought another copy of the game and its from Singapore my first version was from Hong Kong and I'm still having DLC problems. Now I have to create a Singapore PSN account to get my content and I cant purchase any new content because I have an Australian Credit Card.

Blow it out ya arse EA, Bioware and Sony $120 dollars and 2 copies of the game and I still got the same ****en problems.

I should of just bought it on PC it doesn't have these ridiculous problems, what a ****en ridiculous way to implement DLC.

****ers should send me a Australian Copy free of charge I purchased from an Australian store online and its a ****en Singapore copy if they think I'm purchasing a 3rd copy they can get ****ed.

It should just be universal not region specific ****en useless mother ****ers, **** this game I'll turn both copies into ****en ashtrays.

cheesey we get u. if u want dlc u shuld get the copy corresponding to the region the content applied to as uve probably already read, it's just EA's way of making useless dollars here and there. the minute they acquired Bioware a part of me died inside. Why does EA have to dominate the market when all they do is ruin it! I hope the same won't be said for SWTOR when it comes out very soon. Hopefully it's one thing that's done right. In the mean time, can you return the copy you just bought????? Two copies really shows your dedication

followed your instructions and came up with the goods

i had SG(singapore) made master account with SG psn and got them all:

BDA - Blood Dragon Armor

Shale- Stone Prisoner

DAOCE- Dragon Age Origins Collector's Edition





also because my copy of game is SG have to purchase Warden's Keep DLC through SG psn account(its there to purchase to d/l)



***only problem is need a credit card with sigapore address to purchace**** hmm...

I'm in the USA, bought a used copy of the game. I paid for the DLC and after installing it they weren't available. I read through the instructions but I have a problem...I see nothing that resembles "BDA-HKPS3KEY" to the lower right of the redemption codes, or anywhere on the packaging for that matter. I've read through most of the forum and dismayed to read people have bought multiple copies of game just to play it, or that some people have never been able to get the downloadable content. What kind of BS is this? Looks like I just wasted my money on this stupid game. I'd rather play Baldur's Gate on the PS2 again.

describe the card the codes are on. Like I got this official kind of card from Bioware that's like shows the item, describes it with a picture, shows the code then that key part right under it. Depending where you got the codes from it may cause an issue.

Yes, cause once its downloaded its pretty much downloaded. Just remember in the future there may be free DLC so its a good idea to leave it in case you need to do all the steps again

Well that didn't work... I removed the new account and then loaded Dragon Age and it says the DLC is corrupted and to download it again. It wont even let me load my save game because it has DLC data in it. I've re-created the account and I'm downloading again now... hopefully that lets me play at least and I'll leave the account there until I've finished the game.

I'm having several problems, here. First, I can't even find what region my code is supposed to be for. However, I highly doubt that it's anything but US. Second, even though I'm about 98% positive that the regions match, when I attempted to put the codes in, nothing happened. The "Connecting to the servers" message popped up, but then nothing happened. I tried putting in the codes again and it said they were invalid. What should I do now?

ok i have a spanish ps3 and bout the game while i was in uk, other than the fact that the game is in english, as both are europeans countries i have had no problems to unlock and download stone prisoner (it shows as purchased on spanish store and uk store - i opened an uk account to see this). however no sign of the blood armor... i redeemed my code on this site and it seemed to work fine but i entered the game ( i tried on both psn accounts as the procedure explains) and no blood armor on the downloadable menu... i've tried again redeeming but they said the code has been used if i redeem the code via the game it says invalid code. can anyone help? thanks in advance

@ dandy- sigh why can't people put the codes on the website!! lol dont worry it if you did everything else right it should end up on your dlc on your bioware account, once that happens it should become available. Also where did you get the codes? Like from where exactly.



@ furious - was blood armour part of the pack with the rest of the codes? or did you get that somewhere else seperately

I got the codes from a bit of paper that was in the case in front of the manual. Also, I noticed that it shows up on my registered promotions page, but there's nothing in the game itself. So, is it just a server issue at this point? Like, it's just taking a while to update?

I got two vouchers on the original game, one with the blood armor and one with the stone prisoner, i did as they said on each one of them: witn the stone prisoner i redeemed the code within the game on the downloadable content menu and everything went ok, with the blood armor i went into this bioware page and redeemed the code here, it seemed it was accepted but i got no sign of the blood armor on "my registered game promotions" section nor in the downloadable content menu of the game and if i enter the code again it says that it has been used already  can u give me a solution? thanks in advance

I haven't read all the posts on this thread, so sorry if I am repeating here:

Blood Armor has to be purchased from the Dwarven Merchant in your base camp after you download it. And even then it requires a high strength rating to equip (like 28 strength or something), and some serious gold early in the game.

The whole set of Blood Dragon Armor (Helmet, gauntlets, plate, & boots) is not immediately equipable to your character/ party if you don't have enough strength, but you SHOULD be able to see it in the inventory of the dwarven merchant standing next to his "Enchantment? ENCHANTMENT!" spouting soft-headed son in your camp.

I just bought the game and input the 3 redeem codes, but there's nothing for download, I've been reading the forum and tried almost everything with not luck, My PSN is from Mexico so I think it won't work, I tried with a PSN from a friend in the US and same.

The redeem codes I have says nothing about the origin and the format is something like



xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx



So it says nothing about the origin, just mailed the support center still hoping they can help



Any suggestions????

i followed these instructions, my version was from HK so i made an acc on the asia PSN network, and followed each step double checking to make sure i did it right, and still.... nothing T_T

@dandy: has it updated and showing up yet?? I find it weird one worked and the other didn't in your case.



@furious: im starting to think somethings dodgy with the server on bioware, like incorrect connections and such as delayed responses from the servers, etc etc etc. I think get back to me in a few days if it still doesn't show up. Just might be a server issue.



@vonfurious: thanks for helping others. I think the main body armour should be in your backpack though? but yes the rest is bought from the merchant in your camp to complete the set.



@reinald: I really need more info on your front.



@errolek: i can't help you with that cause it'd be similar to hacking which is prohibited. Maybe speak to Sony to clear it up??? Plus is it an IP ban?. Even better question is how did you get banned lol.



@ff-master: could you message me the codes and I'll try reading it. (I've redeemed mine so it'd be pointless stealing if thats what you're worried about)

Game must be HK

Codes must be redeemable with HK.

I'm not dealing with the whole asia or europe generalised regions.

Oh and these steps really help those who bought the game overseas. All other inquiries should go to EA if you cannot find a solution here.

I'm also starting to wonder if all versions of the game are open to all regions. Eg game protection non existent???
